Reflection on this physical body

I’ve realized that the more awareness I bring into my body (my vehicle), the more I come to see how important and crucial it is that we become aware of what we are energetically giving out into the world. Everything that we are embodying energetically, we are bringing back to ourselves, as well as the world. I see this body as a vehicle, and through this vehicle we are receiving and giving energy. We are exchanging energy with everything and everyone around us. It really is a beautiful incredible thing when you think about it! But at the same time, I see the responsibility that comes with this body that we have. We owe it to ourselves to live the best life that we possibly can. At the same time, we owe it to the world to be the best version of ourselves we can possibly be. This responsibility of operating a body, is a great one, but it is wonderful to know that when we give ourselves the love and joy in the world, at the same time we are uplifting everyone else.

I think it’s interesting that we are operating these bodies, without realizing just how powerful they are and really what we can do with them. From the energetic perspective, we can literally tune into any frequency that we desire. We can attract to ourselves, any experience we wish to have. We can gain higher awareness of God, our higher self, infinite intelligence—through a physical expression. It’s really quite amazing. Although we are currently limited to physical reality, but physical reality can get more malleable and flexible within its experience. I think that with limited perspectives on spirituality, our physical experience has come to appear very rigid and solid. We begin to confine ourselves and create restrictions within physical reality. When really, we can use physical reality to expand our consciousness and enjoy life on our terms.

I think that we are just barely even seeing the tip of the iceberg with the potential of having this physical body, and I’m excited to see humanity’s increasing self-awareness and what comes from this new era of time.
